How It Works
Diode hair removal uses selective photothermolysis: melanin in the follicle absorbs laser energy, converts it to heat, and disables the follicle while sparing surrounding skin.
Treatment Guidance
- Intervals typically ~25–35 days; many clients need ~3–6+ sessions for reduction.
- Common ranges cited: 5–8 to 6–12 sessions at 4–6-week intervals depending on skin/hair.
- Pretreatment: shave 12–24 h before; use cooling gel; adjust parameters to skin/hair & tolerance.
